I took the curcumin gold and muscle health. My biggest is the muscle health. I have always had problems sleeping. I have bought melatonin , magnesium etc. Never helped me sleep. I would fall asleep but then wake back up. After taking this product I fell asleep and slept well without waking up. It’s amazing.
